Police Commissioner Tom Kulunga has imposed a total buai (betel nut) ban atthe Police Headquarters in Konedobu.
This is in support of NCD Governor Powes Parkop’s ban onthe public sale and consumption ofthe popular nut.
Commissioner Kulunga said as a key enforcement agency, it must takethe lead in supporting this worthy initiative.
The Commissioner warned that any police personnel found selling, being in possession of, or chewing betel nut atthe Headquarters will be severely dealt with.
