And according tothe University of Papua New Guinea Human Resource Management profession is one field of expertise in dire need of motivation.
Corporations and agencies have thrown intheir support to human capital development; one such firm is Air Energi, specialised in RecruitmentoWork Permit and Visas, Payroll and contract labour hire inthe Oil, Gas, Mining; and public and private Sectors.
Air Energi has teamed up withPNG Human ResourceInstitute to addressthe profession of Human Resource Management.
The launch ofthe program today sawthe first 20 HR Management Bechelor graduates fromthe University of Papua New Guineato undergothe program.
Apart fromthe bridgingthe gap between academia andthe practical workplace environment,the Langley program will assist selected students’to undergo mentoring and permanent job placements with firms aroundthe country.
