The conduct of NCD City Rangers towards people living with Disability has been called into question.
President of PNG Assembly of Disability Persons, Jacklyn Garoau, says the current approach by City Rangers to vendors living with Disability is inappropriate, and should be changed.
This follows the reported assault of a person living with disability in December 2018.
