Plans on Turning Burnt Police Station into Water Police Base

The Police Headquarter is looking at turning the burnt police post at Lae’s Voco Point area into a water police base.

Deputy Police Commissioner and Chief of Operations, Jim Andrews, says they are trying to take this option given that the department has four boats available and are looking for a better location to berth them.
