PCNC Player of the match earns trip to Australia

The grand final player ofthe match inthe Private Companies Netball Competition earned a trip to Australia.

The trip is courtesy ofthe Australian High Commissioner Deborah Stokes who was present to cheer on her team that went down to Datec 26-18.

Just weeks into her new role, Australian High Commissioner Deborah Stokes made sure she was part ofthe crowd that cheered for the Aussie High Com team inthe Premiere division grand Final match between Aussie High Com and Datec.

It was a tight first quarter as both teams traded goal for goal with a 6 all score line at first with Datec making some changes going intothe 2nd quarter with under 21 rep Kimberly Alex dictating play fromthe centre.

Datec lived up to allthe hype and ran away withthe match at half time 13-9 through goal attack Letisha Gaia paring off with Rachel Kapi at Goal Shooter.

Aussie High Com shooting duo of Rakara Raula and Mary Age were kept underthe radar by Datec goal keeper and international Nancy Kapi.

Datec shot to victory 26 points to 18 at full-time.
