Pari Youth Camp: Youths Urged To Change Lives

Youths throughout the country have been urged to change their lives for the better.

This was the key message highlighted by the Organizers of a Youth camp in Pari village, over the Easter long weekend.

With the theme “My Cross Today,” the Easter Youth Camp was organized by the Pari Christian Youth Fellowship.

The Pari United Church ground is where the youths are currently camping. About 250 youths from Pari village, are on site to hear the Word of God during the Easter long weekend.

Among them was 18 year old Ako Naime from Hanuabada village. As there was nothing planned for the big village, Ako decided to join the youths at Pari village.

The Easter camp which started on Holy Thursday was aimed at spiritual growth for the youths in this challenging day and age. Organizers say they want young people to renew their Christian beliefs through the Easter Camp.

Much of the sessions, was focused on the life of Jesus. The Organizers also included sessions on the Truths on the dangers of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, and other youth related issues.

The Easter camp ended today.
