Overseas companies bids to partner withInterOil

Major companies inthe United States have sent intheir bids to partner withInterOil Corporation to developthe Elk/Antelope project.

The company’s Beard of Directors will meet withthe Advisors this month to considerthe final bid.

TheInterOil/Elk Antelope LNG Project is situated inthe Gulf Province. It isthe second Liqueflied Natural Gas Project. The ther one is Esso Highland’s LNG project in Hela Province.

More recently,theInterOil Advisors are reviewing submissions from major companies inthe US. These partners are interested to developthe Gulf LNG Project utilizing gas from Elk and Antelope fields in Papua New Guinea

A meeting is scheduled this month, for theInterOil Beard of Directors to They will meet inthe next two weeks to evaluatethe bids, followed bythe announcement ofthe qualiflied bidder.
