Olam and Abavu In

SP Hunters coach Michael Marum has made a few changes to this weekend’s team to take on the Sunshine Coast Falcons. Justin Olam and Bland Abavu have come back into the starting line-up after missing last week’s match due to suspension.

Marum has opted for Silas Gahuna to start in the hooker position, which sees Warren Glare on the bench.

Wartovo Puara starts in the halves alongside Ase Boas. Puara also missed last weekend’s match due to injury. Bland Abavu starts at fullback, with Stargroth Amean shifting to the wing.

Henry Noki who has been out for the past seven weeks because of injury, has been chosen to play this weekend. Nickson Borana has also made it into the starting line-up

Philemon Kimisive has been cited for a shoulder charge in last weekend’s match, and is waiting for the decision of the QRL judiciary.

The Falcons arrive in Port Moresby on Saturday for the Sunday match at the National Football Stadium.

The match kicks off at 3pm.
