The Papua New Guinea Teachers Association has called on the National Government to withdraw its decision to change the education structure, OBE.
Association General Secretary Ugwalubu Mowana said the decision was rushed, saying this will definitely cause chaos in the 2013 academic year.
He further expressed disappointment that as curriculum implementers had not been consulted.
