Leadership with integrity is the theme that the PNG Constitutional Democratic Party carries in it campaign for a strong and visionary leadership.
Among the things talked about in a press conference yesterday with party leader and member elect for Kundiawa-Gembogl Tobias Kulang spoke about why his party is in the opposition, and why they believe the 9th PNG government is not the government people want because of the lack of leadership characteristics it has.
