A new Lutheran shipping interim board is in place.
It replaces the former board of the Kambang Holdings Limited – a part shareholder of Lae’s Lutheran shipping company.
The previous board was terminated for not implementing the directions of the Lutheran church.
Under the new interim board, investigations will be carried out on various aspects of the shipping company’s operations.
The board is led by former member and governor for Madang, Sir Arnold Amet as the Interim Chairman and Tonessi Ewebi as the Acting CEO.
