The New Ireland Provincial Government will be restructuring its public service system in 2 weeks’ time.
Governor Sir Julius Chan presentedthe model to Public Service Minister Sir Puka Temu at parliament this afternoon.
Sir Julius saidthe restructure is focused on empoweringthe local level governments.
