New Australian MBE Program for PNG Launched

Last Friday atthe Mobile Money Conference hosted bytheInstitute of Banking and Business Studies togther with CEFI, sawthe launching of a new Australian Master of Business Administration program tothe country.

 

The MBE was officially launched by Chairman of IBeM, Bank oPNG Governor Loi Bekani.

The Master’s program is a joint venture betweentheInstitute of Banking and Business ManagemenPNG andthe Chifley Business School, a fully accredited AustralianInstitution for higher learning.

 

The course will combine face to face workshops at IBeM and online study over a six week period each semester, as well as practical and interactive workshops, allowing students’to graduate within 18 months.

 

Executive Director ofthe IBeM, Ms Sweta Sud, had this to say aboutthe programs introduction tothe country.

 

Also present atthe event was Simon Christensen, Chief Executive Officer atthe Chifley Business School.

 

Enrolments are already open for classeshich will commence in 2014.
