Nepalese Not Deported

TheInternational Organization for Migration confirmed thatthe 13 Nepalese have returned home.

IOM says it only assisted 11 Nepalese out ofthe 13 withthe return tickets home.

Two already had return tickets.

The Organization emphasized thatthe men were not deported but rther voluntarily returned home.

On arrival in PNG he Nepalese were arrested at Jackson’sInternational airport and locked upthe Beroko Police cells on charges of false travel documents.

They arrive through an agent withthe promise of better employment withthe LNG project.
