The National Capital District Commission has entered into an agreement with Lamana Holdings and Nambawansupa to increase its revenue.
NCD Governor Powes Parkop’said this arrangement allows for Lamana Holdings to develop and manage one of NCD’s prime lands for commercial purposes.
He said NCDC has several such lands.
