Throughthe National Service Program, students’after Grade 12 who are unsuccessful to futhertheir education will undergothe special military based skills training.
Mr. O’Neill saysthe government will engage Israeli instructors for the specialist training to groom and guidethese young people to become contributing members of society.
The National Service Program which was used inthe early 1960’s saw many skilled servicemen and women full of discipline, especially inthe military front.
The planning phase ofthe Program will commence in 2014 and to be implemented in 2015.
