Bougainville President Chief John Momis says education will bethe top priority ofthe Autonomous Bougainville Government this year.
President Momis saidthe ABe is concerned atthe high number of school leavers.
The ABe Momis says is looking at establishing vocational and technical education facilities for those who couldn’t futher education throughthe formal system.
