Missing Boy Found

Lucas Angur, Junior reported to have gone missing on Monday morning was found by Security Guards later that afternoon and taken to Cheshire Homes.

18-year-old Lucas is a teenager living with a disability and is suffering from epilepsy.

 

Young Lucas was found by two guards and was taken to Cheshire Homes upon seeing his disability status.

 

On Monday afternoon two caretakers from Cheshire Homes came to EMTV to file a missing person’s reportosaying that a boy was found and brought tothem, but due to lack of spacethey wanted his family to pick him up.

 

Today, Lucas’s aunty came to EMTV to put up a missing person’s report. To her surprise, she was told that her nephew had been found, and is at Cheshire Home.

 

Overcome with emotion, she broke out in tears.

 

Yvonne Mark, Lucas’s Aunty, when contacted via phone saidthe boy is doing fine andthe family is happy to have him back.

 

Ms Mark said it was a miracle that he ended up atthe Cheshire home.

 

“I was so happy to see himthere. He looked so happy amongst his peers and I can see that he feels like he belonged withthem,” says Yvonne.

“We struggled to raise him and gave him allthe lover and care as much as we can since his biological mther (Wendy Mark) passed away.”
 

 

Young Lucas lives with his family at ATS block near 8-mile in Port Moresby.

 

He comes from a mix parentage of Gulf and New Zealand. His mther passed away and his family is currently trying to locate his biological fther.
