A Federation of Cooperatives has been set up in New Ireland to manage major developments inthe province.
The cooperative industries includethe copra, oil palm and women affairs which are major targets for the Minister'’s district.
Minister for Public Enterprise and StateInvestment Ben Micah said this is wherethe people can improvertheir lives.
