Media Pool Cued Off

Twenty- four teams are participating inthe 2013 Media Pool competition that cued off at Lamana Gold Club in Port Moresby overthe weekend.

Eight thousand kina is up for grabs as teams focus to be onthe top spot.

First round ofthe competition saw a good number of teams from media organizations and its business partners participating in this year’s media pool challenge.

Lamana Gold Club was packed as six tables were put out for the challenge.

Chairman Taimbari was satisflied with an increase number of media teams participating this year. He’s expecting all teams to be in full uniform bythe fourth weekend of games beforethey takethe tables.

Awards will be given tothe best female and male player in each round ofthe competition

Round two cues off next Saturday and will wind down atthe end of October.
