Manus Asylum Arbitrary Allegations

There are allegations arising by asylum seekers atthe Manus detention Centre that many ofthem were not toldthey were heading tPNG.

A Spokesman for Australia’s department of Immigration and Citizenship denies this wasthe case. Asylum seekers were told oftheir transfers 24 hours in advance.

DIAC confirms that three men trlied to escape fromthe facility on Saturday night… while one man was taken tothe Lorengau hospital after banging his head against a fence.

The opposition sayPNG is practicing arbitrary detention.
