Suspended Member for Kandrian-Gloucester Joseph Lelang was fined K4, 000 bythe LLeadersipInquiry for late annual returns.
The penalty ends about a month long hearing.
It was alleged that Lelang committedthe offence when he was Secretary for National Planning and Monitoring from 2007 to 2009.
The tribunal saidthe leader had pleaded guilty to allthe four charges and also showed remorse.
Mr Lelang’s suspension will be lifted uponthe payment ofthe fine.
