People’s Movement for Change Party candidate Labi Amaiu is the new Member – elect for Moresby North East and the second Member of his party.
Mr Amaiu polled 8673 votes in the final 46th Elimination defeating PNG Party candidate John Kaupa who polled 8642 votes, a difference of 31 votes.
Mr Amaiu unseats Sitting MP and THE Party Candidate Andrew Mald.
The People’s Movement for Change Party candidate was declared late this afternoon.
