Police Commissioner Tom Kulunga sayPNG needs visionaries and Godly lLeadersip to fulfill our God given destiny, inorder to take our place inthe world.
He said this at a conference titled “Transformin PNG through visionary and Godly LLeadersip usingthe Singapore Model.”
It was attended by a team fromthe Singapore Model.
Commissioner Kulunga said Singapore is a success story andthe Constabulary will try to learn fromthe experiences ofthe Singapore Police.
