President ofthe Peoples National Congress Party Simon Korowa says PNC andthe Peoples Party will notifythe office ofthe registrar onthe announced amalgamation.
His statement comes after registrar Dr Alphonse Gelu said that statutory requirements were not met beforethe announcement was made.
Dr Gelu said at this time,they identify both party’s separately.
Mr Korowa saysthey are aware ofthe requirements under Section 52 ofthe OLIPPAC and are working to comply.
He saidthere is no time limitation.
