Committee Pledges To Regain Kone Tigers Field Land Title

By Dion Kombeng – EM TV Sports, Port Moresby

The Kone Tigers club is one of the oldest in the country, and since the announcement of their new working committee for the upcoming season, there have been questions regarding the state of the land where the Kone Tigers field is located.

Apparently the land at Kone Tigers was sold seven years ago, and the working committee have made it clear that their priority in 2016 is to regain the land title.

The club also reached out to the nearby communities and the neighbouring suburbs claiming that for the land to be taken away will also be a loss for the people.

The new committee also wants to rebuild the foundations of the club and address all pressing issues and bring the club back to its glory days.
