Komolong off to Auckland

Port Moresby Football Club Star Alwin Komolong has secured a spot inthe FIFA Youth Tournament in Zurich Swithzerland.

Alwin will be playing for Winton Rufer under-19 team and left Port Moresby to jointhe team in Auckland, New Zealand. 

Developing a career in soccer from humble beginnings, he secured an international contract after his outstanding performance for the U2PNG Soccer side in Fiji recently.

The Pom FC playmaker will shine his boots inthe prestigious challenge withthe world’s giant clubs such as Manchester United and Dortmund FC.

Alwin will join Oceania player ofthe century team Winton Rufer in Auckland for the FIFA Youth Tournament in Swithzerland. 

Coming from a parentage of German and Karkar Island in Madang, he is recognised through his game tactics and utility positions from centre, forward and striker.
