Festus Maiginap travels to Efogi, an outside station of Central Province, situated alongthe Owen Stanley Range. This station is significant in itself as it hasthe famous Kokoda Track run right throughthe village.
This documentary isn’t aboutthe famous track, rther, Festus tells us a story of a livelihood program initiative betweenthe Kokoda Track Authority, Hardware Haus and Stihl Australia…a community development gesture intended to help betterthe living standards ofthe local villages along this historical track through a mini timber mill project whose ownership is bestowed onthe people.
