Kina Asset Management limited, KAML, is set to becomethe first outside Australia to use online voting in Papua New Guineaduring its Annual general Meeting in Port Moresby later this month.
KAML shareholders will have access to online voting by using mobile investor vote technology, that is bytheir smart phones anywherethey are located.
The system has been successfully trialled at AGM’s in Australia.
The KAML AGM will be atthe Ela Beach Hotel onthe 28th.
