Former Member for Maprik, Gabriel Kapris is back in Court seeking a Judicial Review overthe decision ofthe National Court in Wewak which threw out his election petition.
Wewak’s Presiding Judge Justice Stephen Kassman in yesterday morning’s directional hearing gave seven orders.
Amongthem, Maprik MP John Simon to file his submissions by January 28 and hearing be extended to February.
Member for Maprik John Simon says this is very unfortunate asthe electorate is now held back by continuous court cases.
