President and Director of the Papua New Guinea Rehabilitation Centre Brown Kapi, has condemned PNG Games Officials over the death of Madang paralympian, Richard Gambu.
In an interview with EMTV News on Tuesday, Mr Kapi labelled the death of the 35 year old athlete as pure negligence by team officials.
