Juffa: Vows to Restore Oro’s Education Infrastructure

Oro Governor, Gary Jufa, has vowed to restore Nothern Province’s education infrastructure.

The Governor says education still remains shattered after Cyclone Guba in 2007.

He expressed anger that some 53 prefabricated classrooms and teachers houses remained in warehouses for almost two years due to non-payment of customs duties.

Governor Jufa hit out atthe former Oro Provincial Government’sayingtheir lack of concern, empathy, and selfish behaviour has costthe province proper education infrastructure.

He added, those who have fraudulently benefitted fromthe K20 million earmarked for education rehabilitation will pay.
