Landowners and people living at the Ilimo Farm area were served with an Eviction Notice by the NCDC on Friday.
Today (17 October,2018) the local landowners met with delegates from the Central Provincial Government to discuss this issue.
The landowners claim the Ilimo Farm comes under the Kairuku-Hiri district of Central Province, and NCD has no right to evict them.
