The SP PNG Hunters will return this weekend to the Intrust Super Cup following a bye last weekend. They will play the second placed Redcliffe Dolphins in Brisbane on Sunday, having taken two points for the bye this past weekend.
The Hunters are now on 26 competition points, made up of a total of 11 wins, five losses and two byes.
Their Round 17 win against Tweed Heads saw the Hunters move into third place on the table, where they sit just two points in arrears of ladder leaders, Burleigh Bears.
The Redcliffe Dophins and PNG Hunters are on 26 points apiece but Redcliffe has the advantage on points difference, which pushes them up to second spot.
