The National Capital District Commission, NCDC, will soon commence work at Gerehu, following the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement.

The MOA now allows NCDC to commence work at Gerehu Stage 3B, which has been identified as a pilot model for the government program.

Gerehu 3B will see close to 2,000 allotmen’s on offer for first-time home owners.

The MOA is between the Department of National Planning & Monitoring, Office of Urbanization, and NCDC.
