The Nipa section ofthe highlands highway has been cut off yet again, by a semi-trailer that was traveling tothe Hides Quarry.
The vehicle became stuck inthe muddy road yesterday morning.
District Administrator Robin Tit’said it’s a common problem duringthe wet season.
Locals living alongthe road directedthe traffic aroundthe semi-trailer. Mr Tit’saidthey were chargingthe commuting public.
A similar situation occurred in February this year and nothing has been done to fixthe road since.
