Hides Special Purpose Authority Partners with Churches

The Hides Special Purpose Authority has partnered with Churches to address social problems in communities.

Churches in Komo Local Level government, including three others in Hela province will receive all the materials for churches and houses for pastors and missionaries.

More than K700,000 was spent on delivering these materials.

Since its establishment in 2006, the Hides Special Purpose Authority has delivered projects to a total value of 15 million kina to Komo LLG. 

This year, the Authority has decided to partner with churches in delivering services and more importantly, partner with churches to address social problems in the communities.

Hides SPA implements projects under the LNG agreement for Komo LLG which has Petroleum Development License areas 1 and 7.

The Authority has also delivered other projects including police vehicles for police, church support and partnership and capacity building for schools 6 schools in the LLG.
