Amidst the political instability in the Hela province, there is some good news.
Next week Hela will witness the launch of the Provincial Health Authority.
This move will strengthen the work being done by the Tari Hospital which serves more than 300,000 people in the province.
According to Tari Hospital CEO, Dr Hewali Hamiya, the hospital has achieved so much in such a short period of time.
Earlier this year the hospital was declared a level 5 status, with staff structure and funding.
Dr Hewali is the first government funded doctor to the Hospital since 2010.
