Police have arrested and chargedthe franchise owner of local Super Soccer Club- Hekari United, John Kapinato.
His arrest is overthe alleged misappropriation of K10.5 million ofInfrastructure Development Grants belonging to KutubuLandowners, in 2011.
He isthe Chairman ofthe Group.
Mr. Kapinato was questioned by police at Konedobu police headquarters for four hours before being charged.
He was taken to Beroko Police late Thursday afternoon where he will be held until bail.
