In this episode health & fitness guru, Mila Nash, gives tips on how one can keep their body looking fresh and clean throughout the day.

In the next segment, Mila cooks up an appetizing Grilled Fish with Bitter Melon Salad, followed by fun and groovy way to exercise – ballroom dancing. Andrew Medina, a ballroom dance instructor, from the Philippines will be teaching us the basics of the dance.
