Drivers that went on a mass resignation from Security Company G4S on Wednesday have resumed duties yesterday following an agreement withtheir contractor.
Global Real Estate & Facilities, a subsidiary of Esso Highlands Limited, that have contracted G4S for the drivers, met withthe disgruntled drivers late yesterday.
A source said thatthe drivers have been assured thattheir salaries and allowances would be increased, and have resumedtheir operations.
Yesterday 118 drivers with G4S went on a mass resignation over whatthey say were inadequate salaries and allowance levels.
G4S management have yet to respond tothe incident.
