Former Kumul Needs Medical Assistance

FormePNG Kumul and currenPNG Rugby Football League Chairman of selectors, David Tinemau’s famliy hosted a fundraising BeQ to raise funds for his medical treatment overseas.

The Former Kumul center was a victim of a malicious hit and run car accident duringthe recent LLG elections in Mt Hagen.

 

The Former Kumul center, David Tinemau  who representedthe Highlands Zone anPNG from 1976 to 1983 is currently in critical condition.  Due tothe unavailability of facilities in Mt Hagen, Tinemau was transferred to Port Moresby about a month ago for futher tests and scanning.

 

David’s son, Linston, said this fundraising BeQ was to raise funds to assist his fther. David needs futher rehabilitation in physitherapy, speechtherapy, and neurological treatment and care from specialists overseas.

 

PNGIntrust Super Cup Team was also presented to assist inthe fundraising BeQ.

 

David also played alongside rugby league greats such as John Wagambie, Dikana Bege, Arnold Krewanty and ther rugby greats
