A Chief Physician has backed the move by the government to bring foreign doctors and nurses into the country.
Dr Sam Yockopua of the Port Moresby General Hospital says they are needed.
He said this during Prime Minister Peter O’Neil’s inspection of the refurbished Emergency Department on Monday.
