Foo: Strengthen Association of South Pacific Airlines

Papua New Guinea will continue to aspire to improve the challenges faced in the aviation industry at the regional level.

This was the assurance from newly appointed chairman of the Association of South Pacific Airlines, Simon Foo.

Mr Foo, the current Chief Executive Officer for Papua New Guinea’s National Flag Carrier, Air Niugini, was recently appointed Chairman of the South Pacific Airlines during the conference held in Kokopo, East New Britain province.

In an exclusive interview, Mr Foo told EMTV News, Papua New Guinea will continue to participate to support ideals of ASPA to promote commercial agreemen’s and interchange ideas.

Association of South Pacific Airlines, General Secretary, Geoirge Faukaton congratulated Mr Foo for his appointment, as Air Niugini has been a founding member.

Faukaton said regional issues concerning aviation will continue to be discussed to improve network with industry partners.
