Enga Government strengthens ties with IBS

Founder and Chairman oftheInstitute of Business Studies in PNG Mick Nandes say Australian standard degree programs offered here are something to be proud of.

IBe has campuses in Port Moresby and Wabag in Enga.

Reputed as providing quality education,the Enga Provincial government has partnered for the benefit of Enga’students’ fees worth over a million kina was paid.

The Governor of Enga, Peter Ipatas, Chairman of, Ipatas Foundation andthe founder and chairman of IBePNG werethe main men in a press conference atthe Six mile IBe campus in Port Moresby.

The Ipatas Foundation asthe financier ofthe two hundred students’undergoingtheir degree programs in business atthe Enga campus made its first K1.3 million payment for school fees.

That is K24, 000 is for one student per year for the three year degree program.

Asthe provider ofthe service, Mr Nandes admired Governor Ipatas’s vision to give priority to developing human resources in his province.

Governor Ipatas saidthe partnership between his provincial government and IBe will continue in pushing it to university status.

This is all part ofthe Ipatas government’s plan to providing quality education for students’inthe province.
