Budgets, monitoring and reporting practices will come underthe microscope this week at a workshop in East New Beitain.
The workshop will bring togther key players of service delivery from national and provincial agencies including donor partners.
Budgets and expenditures are centered aroundthetheme: ‘Taking Stock’ which will provide an avenue to improver service delivery in line withthe minimum priority activities.
National Economical Fiscal Commission Policy andInformation Analysts Elizabeth Bebate says, valuable insights onthe budgets strategy overview, warrant releases and funding related issues will be discussed.
Finance, Provincial and Local Government Affairs representatives will provide updates onthe financial instructions and guidelines onthe funding and Minimum Standards respectively.
The three day regional workshop organised by NEFC and supported by AusAID, starts tomorrow at Vunapope Catholic Conference Centre in Kokopo.
