EMTV Strikes MoA With SDA Church to Spread Gods Word

by Jack Lapauve Jr – EM TV News, Port Moresby

Media Niugini Limited today signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Seventh-Day Adventist church of PNG, to extend and spread the word of God.

The MoA paves way for the airing of locally-produced programs for Hope Channel, through EMTV.

It is another milestone for the Seventh-Day Adventist Church of PNG to extend and share the love of God through the Holy Scriptures.

Media Niugini Limited, through EMTV, will air spiritual messages and other relevant programs for Hope Channel every Saturday morning.

Head of the SDA church in PNG, Pastor Blasius Managos says, the church is keen to use the next platform of media in its core mission to share God’s word.

EMTV’s Head of News, Neville Choi, says as a broadcasting medium in PNG, the company also invites other churches in the country to extend messages of life.

The Seventh-day faith reached PNG shores in 1908 and has now been part of the development of the country, not only in sharing the word of God, but through Education and Health services.

The MoA resembles the Church Government partnership in achieving Government’s Vision 2050 aspirations.

The MoA was signed by Minister Micah, Pastor Managos and Mr Choi at the National Parliament State Function room this afternoon.
