PNG Power informs its Easipay Customers nationwide that as of 12 noon Saturday, June 30, Digicel customers will be unable to purchase power units through top-up until testing of the new upgrade is complete.
PNG Power and Digicel PNG expect this to take two weeks and understand this will be an inconvenience for its Digicel customers.
Digicel customers are urged to buy Easipay credits to last two weeks before Saturday 12 noon or to purchase Easipay credits through the vending sites or to use other mobile vending platforms.
PNG Power Customer Service Offices nationwide will be open on Sunday from 1.00pm – 5.00pm to allow customers to purchase Easipay Credits after the upgrade work.
“We regret the inconvenience caused but can assure the Digicel customers that our teams are working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible.
“We will keep customers informed of the restoration process through our social media pages and via our National Call Centre.”
