Court ruled No Case against Garth McIlwain

The National Court has ruled against a no case submission for the former Managing Director for Bank South Pacific Garth McIlwain yesterday morning.

Presiding Judge Gibbs Salika found thatthere is sufficient evidence for a full trial onthe 22nd of this month.

Mr. Mcllwain was implicated for forging documents belonging to Peter Yama Group of companies during his time asthe Managing Director for BeP in 2006.

The accused Garth McIlwain has a case to answer onthe all seven chargers relating to forgery.
