A full trial has been set for Monday for the petition filed againstthe election of Morobe Governor Kelly Naru.
Justice Kiriwom handed down a decision onthe matter today on grounds thatthe facts provided bythe petitioner, Lther Wenge were sound enough to be tested in a full trial.
Witnesses from Former Governor Lther Wenge'’s , camp are expected to be called on next week to present evidence thatthe respondentoGovernor Kelly Naru, bribed supporters in Aseki duringthe election period.
Naru'’s lawyers have denliedthe allegations.
Last week, supporters of Governor Naru, called on both men to put asidetheir differences and allowthe provincial government to do its job.
